I cant understand how a nation with a brilliant past sealed in agriculture would rather expect charitable donation from abroad every time it rains when they prefer not to use the rain to their advantages on time-planting crops accordingly to feed selves.

One seed planted can give this and many more but it requires a concrete act from a Haitian.
